is designed for adults. It mentors in coaching yourself in order to grow into a healthy mentor, a whole person integrated in body, mind, and emotions. This course takes the concepts of a calm body, a balanced set of emotions, and a focused mind and examines them in depth with a personal approach. Adults can either register with a friend and go together as a team to maximize the learning potential and facilitate success or take the course individually.
